Matt Squared (matt²) is a design, development and construction company delivering luxury residential projects across the Redcliffe Peninsula in South East Queensland. Founded in early 2025 by locals Matt Bradley (Design) and Matt Menere (Construction), we bring design thinking and build precision together from concept to completion. With over five years of established local design work and 18+ years of hands-on construction experience, we deliver boutique, design-led developments built on time, executed with care, and made to elevate coastal living.

At the heart of Jacára is a magnificent feature Jacaranda;
its seasonal purple canopy anchoring the entry and inspiring the building’s soft, coastal curves. Sculpted white eaves, warm timber screening and cascading greenery frame bay-view living with a calm, boutique presence.
